Governing healthcare services, outpatient consultations, and surgical bookings at Al Rehman Medical Center
1. General Acceptance
By accessing our website, reserving an appointment, or receiving medical care at Al Rehman Medical Center (located in Model Town C, Bahawalpur), you agree to comply with these terms, hospital internal rules, and clinical protocols established under the Punjab Healthcare Commission.
2. Appointment Booking & Arrival Timings
- Patients are requested to arrive at the hospital reception 15 minutes prior to their scheduled consultation slot.
- While every effort is made to adhere strictly to allocated times, emergency surgeries or critical casualty cases may take clinical precedence. Our staff will keep you informed of any necessary adjustments.
- If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please notify reception via WhatsApp or telephone at least 2 hours in advance.
3. Consultation Fees & Payments
- Doctor consultation fees are set transparently by each specialist (ranging from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000).
- Payments may be made via Cash on Arrival at the hospital reception or in advance through our official JazzCash account.
- A computerized hospital payment receipt is provided for every transaction, surgical package, and diagnostic ultrasound test.
4. Emergency & Critical Care Protocols
Our Emergency Room (ER) operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Immediate life-threatening medical emergencies (trauma, severe bleeding, acute abdominal conditions, acute respiratory distress) are attended by the duty medical officer and on-call consultant surgeons immediately without appointment requirements.
5. Institutional Affiliations & Insurance Panels
Al Rehman Medical Center is on the panel of the Punjab Life Insurance Program and corporate healthcare providers. Patients utilizing insurance coverage must provide their original CNIC and insurance verification card upon registration.
